QBSW has become a rightful member of itSMF Slovakia (IT Service Management Forum). Its purpose is to build and spread the best practices in IT Service Management area by using ITIL standards. itSMF is international independent and non-profit organization that dedicates to all aspects of service management in information and communication technologies. This step confirms an importance that QBSW attributes to ITSM solutions area and ITIL standards practical utilization.
The reasons for QBSW membership in itSMF are mainly its active approach in ITIL standards adaptation and localization and an effort to put them into practices. It is also an important information source directly from itSMF International, the ITIL publications editor. We believe that this membership allows us to influence ITIL direction in Slovakia and bring innovative solutions to our customers from all business areas.
