Quality as a process

One of the most important fundamentals of our activities is a system of quality work, which is the most important criterion of our customers’ satisfaction reached by delivery of mistake-free products. Safe and correct functionality of our products we guarantee by settled practices of their production, proper technologies selection, and our employees’ coordination and control.

Before the project realization starts, we thoroughly consult and analyze requirements specified by the customer. The same emphasis we dedicate also to the customer unspecified, but generally expected requirements where we apply our knowledge from the previously realized projects. Likewise we examine legislative and certification requirements.

During the run of the project we maintain regular communication with our customer to be able to exactly understand and accomplish all requirements. Relations to every customer we organize on individual and highly professional basis. Permanent feedback from the customer is an important component of our self evaluation and ground for continual quality improvement of the realized project.

All realized processes performed by our company are set up to ensure maximum confidentiality, keep trade secret and protect all processed data.
