Ing. Vladimír Raučina
Managing Director
Mr. Raučina absolved Technical Cybernetics studies at Electro-technical Faculty of Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava (today FEI STU). Between 1985 and 1992 he worked as university Teacher of Technical Cybernetics and Information Technologies, and between 1987 and 1990 he formed part of university’s Governing Bodies. He absolved further study program on Journalism on Philosophical Faculty of Comenius University in Bratislava.
In 1990 Mr. Raučina co-founded an IT company Datalan and until 2005 he worked in the Datalan Group on various managerial positions. He also was a member of statutory bodies of various businesses. Since June 2005 he works as the QBSW Managing Director and the Chairman of Board of Directors. He is responsible for company’s strategic management and business development.
Ing. Martin Hrnko
Executive Director
Mr. Hrnko absolved Information Technology studies at Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology of Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. Since 1997 he worked as Consultant and Tutor at Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Slovak Republic, and subsequently as Consultant in the company ACASE. In 2000 he started with Asset Soft on position of Analyst – Head of Project Team and was in charge of analysis, trainings and management of projects in banking and insurance sectors.
Mr. Hrnko entered QBSW in 2002 as Project Manager and in 2005 he moved ahead to position of Executive Director. At a time he is the Vice-Chairman of QBSW Board of Directors. He is in charge of technical, methodical and quality assurance of company‘s projects and human resources management as well. He successfully introduced ISO processes and the Quality Management System into the company.
